Can I return my product?

1. Returning goods if they are faulty: Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, or you may be entitled, at our discretion, to a refund. If you think that the goods you received are unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Support Team. 2. Returns generally: You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Products returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

Have you received my returned goods?

If goods have been returned and passed our inspections, we will process your return within 1 working day of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of this. If you haven't received an email within 10 working days, please contact our customer care team.

How do I use my discount/promo code?

To use your discount/promo code, enter it in the 'Have a coupon code? Enter it here' section within 'Your Cart'. You must enter the code before you check out as it cannot be applied later.

Are your products organic?

Yes, all our organic products are 100% Australian Certified Organic and/or USDA certified.

Are your products gluten-free?

No, while many of our products are gluten-free, we are not officially certified as gluten-free. There is a possibility of cross-contamination as we pack all products by hand using the same equipment.

From Humble Beginnings:

With the promise of a new life and new opportunity for his family, Said Sidaoui began his journey out towards
Australia Said Sidaoui introduced Middle Eastern foods and ingredients .
Scared, excited and determined to make a name for himself, Said settled in Melbourne.

In 1962, Said was working two jobs through all hours of the night to provide for his family. His passion for Lebanese foods and the drive he had to provide for his family of six soon saw Said as the first person to introduce genuine Middle Eastern foods and ingredients to the Australian market.

The Second Generation:

In 1976, Said's only son Omar, followed in the footsteps of his father to join the family business.
Working hard alongside his father and studying his every move saw Omar grow
into his role, naturally.

Like any ambitious young man, Omar looked to forge his reputation within the industry bringing a fresh approach and new ideas to see the business grow.

Omar later took the business from its traditional Middle Eastern roots to become one of Australia’s leading wholesalers in nuts, dried fruits, herbs, spices and much more.

Today:

With three generations of Sidaoui’s now deeply entrenched in their father and grandfather’s dream, the family business now supplies hundreds of restaurants, major hotels, health food stores shops and other specialty wholesalers around Australia, priding itself on quality products and excellent service.
